The beds are comfy, and the breakfast is nice. The owner was helpful. The bathrooms are spacious. We had goodies and coffee at Dinosaur Cafe, it was located minutes from the venue.

We recommend as we liked Woodbine City Rooms. It had marvellous breakfast and helpful staff. When we arrived the host was lovely. Quiet area near to the hotel. Apart from that, exeter quay was 5 minutes away by driving.
